When Can I Book?

The following timeline is based on cabin availability. If the event sells out during the presale, guests with active assigned early booking times will have priority access to First Available Cabins as they become available.

If you sailed with us on KTBA Alaska 2025:

KTBA Alaska alumni will be automatically assigned a KTBA Alaska 2027 early booking time*.

If you signed up for the KTBA Alaska 2025 presale but DID NOT get a chance to book:

If you received an early booking time for KTBA Alaska 2025, but did not get the opportunity to book you must register for the presale to receive an early booking time, and you will be assigned priority booking times following the KTBA Alaska alumni.

If you've sailed with KTBA at Sea previously:

Cruisers that did not sail on KTBA Alaska 2025 must register for the presale to receive an early booking time.* 

If you are new to KTBA sailings:

You will need to sign up for the presale in order to receive an early booking time (EBT)*.

Receive Email: September 10th, 2026
Bookings: September 22nd-24th, 2026

KTBA Alaska 2025 Unbooked Presale Sign-ups:
Sign-up Deadline: September 23rd, 2026
Receive Email: Afternoon, September 24th, 2026
Bookings: September 25th, 2026

First Round Presale Sign-ups (previous KTBA alumni will be prioritized):
Sign-up Deadline: September 23rd, 2026
Receive Email: Afternoon, September 24th, 2026
Bookings: September 25th-30th, 2026

Second Round Presale Sign-ups:
Sign-up Deadline: September 29th, 2026
Receive Email: Afternoon, September 30th, 2026
Bookings: October 1st-2nd, 2026
 

* An Earliest Booking Time (EBT) is assigned to everyone participating in the presale. At or after your booking time, go to bluesaliveatseaalaska.com. Once you sign in, your time will be verified and you'll be able to begin the booking process. You can also book over the phone at 833-283-2258. Booking times are non-transferable. Only one stateroom can be booked per booking time.
